Cold Feed Bins |
Cold bin furnished with 4-6 individual compartments, each furnished with a vibratory feeder. Vibratory feeders are supplied to meet specific aggregate conditions and capacities. All feeders discharge onto a horizontal gathering belt feeder which carries material through cold belt conveyor of the dryer.

Dryer Drum |
·Cylindrical shape Dryer Drum inclined 3.5o angle approx., low height installation, low centre of gravity, stable and reliable rotation.
·Friction roller driven type of Dryer Drum is driven by 4 simultaneous motors, smooth rotation, low noise; improved the impact force and high level of noise of typical chain and gear ring driven.
·Rational layout of Dryer Lifters increase aggregate drying efficiency. Bolt and nut connect Lifter bases with Drum body, electric welded Lifters could avoid deformation and loosening.
· Mineral wool insulation wraps Drum body, increase heat efficiency, lower down fuel consumption, increase drying capacity; stainless steel plate cladding, shining outlook.
·Bottom scraper for aggregate discharge of Dryer Drum: low position outlet, constant and smooth output of aggregate.
·Dryer Drum air ducting equipped with negative pressure sensor, signals negative pressure of Dryer Drum to control for instant adjustment of Exhaust Fan Damper, whose angle could be shown on control panel. Therefore, the system being proper navigated, thus the Burner works under optimal condition.
Burner Unit |
Adopt imported assemble special type of Burner, which is a high pressure, low noise and proportional adjust burner, diesel oil, heavy oil or natural gas as fuel, double times ignition, stable, even and complete burning. According to the comparison of sensed temperature by sensor and set temperature, executes the PID adjustment of output capacity, perform fully automatic operation of Burner.
Pollution Control Unit |
Primary Dust Collector
The capacity of device collects up to 60% dust, whose size is 0.075 mm or up. The collected coarse particles are delivered to hot elevator for reuse.
Baghouse Dust Collection (Secondary Collection)
·The type of Secondary Collection is High Pressure Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector. Filter bags use heat-resistant Nomex cloth, assure long working hours under rated high temperature, long lifetime and good dust collection efficiency. The system collects 0 to 0.075 mm dust, which had past from Primary Dust Collector. The dust collecting efficiency of filter bags could reach 99.5% or up, which is higher than that in nation environment regulation.
·To handle high dust content, we put the bags in different houses(individual compartments). During the operation, one of the housing closed from the air ducting. Thus the suction force from exhaust fan is smallest, then the bags being cleaned by compressed air blowing. Optimal dust collection result could be achieved.
·Horizontal constructed Dust Collection System; insulated for upper portion of bag house, avoid condensation of dust during operation. Angular steel plate for cladding.
Vibrate Screen |
4 decks vibrate screen, inclined angle approx. 15o, high strength manganese steel wire mesh, easy access for replacement of meshes. The shape of screen meshes are higher in the middle, dented at two sides, arch-like cross-section, increase screening surface for better production, capable to increase screen efficiency and accuracy of screening.
Eccentric single shaft mechanism vibration device, strong impact-vibrate force, bath lubrication for bearings of eccentric shaft, highly increase its durability.
Hot Aggregate Bin and continuous type level indictor |
The aggregate bins have compartments that correspond to the screen and the fractions of hot material passing through it. Discharge from the aggregate bin is possible via a number of pneumatic gates, actuated by air cylinders to ensure coarse and fine dosing at the highest accuracy. Each compartment has equipment for continous level control, while a temperature sensor can be built into each compartment.
Scales |
The mixing tower holds three scale hoppers, suspended on load cells above the mixer; one for aggregate, one for bitumen and one for filler.
The scale hoppers use international well-know brand weighing module.

Control System |
System equipped with Siemens electrical elements, provide stability for long time usage. Start-sequence Protective Circuit for the motor drive control circuit, thus guarantee the safety and reliable of motion of the working processes. Frequency inverter for cold feed bins motor drive increases the accuracy of speed adjustment.
Control System: Computer control system equipped with famous brand industrial computer control system (or named Data Processor). This system obtains high performance of Anti-invade and reliable operation. The Control System receives the data from Operation Processor, which handle the deviated figures during hot asphalt production.
Then the Data Processor performs the mode of operation management, such as automatically process the amendment of Free Fall value and also the over weight value by gravity. So the production process could be controlled reliably thus the fully automatic operation could be obtained.
The system equipped the weighing scales, which are capable to accurately control the weighing tolerance.
All the procedure of production could be effectively controlled in Central Control Room, capable to interchange between the modes of fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual production.
The system monitoring the temperature of 6 places: (i) hot aggregate discharged from Dryer Drum; (ii) hot asphalt mix discharged from mixer; (iii) aggregate in Hot Bin; (iv) bitumen temperature; (v) hot asphalt mix temperature in hot mix storage bin and (vi) cold air door control temperature.
